The Airtec Motorsport Oil Cooler kit for the Ford Fiesta ST180 improves oil cooling for modified cars where drivers struggle to maintain a stable oil temperature on the track or during sporty road use. The kit was developed in-house at Airtec’s headquarters in the United Kingdom.
Drawing on extensive experience with Oil Cooler kits for a wide range of modified track and road cars, the challenge was to neatly integrate a high-capacity external Oil Cooler behind the front bumper.
The package comprises the Airtec Motorsport Oil Cooler, a sandwich panel, bespoke laser-cut and powder-coated Airtec brackets, high-quality braided hoses with Aerotec fittings, and all mounting hardware with fitting instructions for a simple bolt-on installation. The kit integrates seamlessly with the car’s existing components and requires no drilling or cutting, making it fully reversible. An 82-degree thermostat-controlled sandwich plate is available as an optional extra and is not included in the standard kit.
