Airtec Motorsport Stage 2 Intercooler upgrade for the Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost, designed to significantly improve cooling performance compared to the original Intercooler. This is particularly important for vehicles with software tuning, where higher boost pressure leads to rising Intake temperatures.
To overcome the limitations of the OEM Intercooler within the available space behind the bumper, Airtec has opted for a high-flow twin-pass core design. This core is wider, taller and deeper than the standard version, resulting in a significantly larger frontal area and a substantial increase in capacity.
Thanks to the larger core and the cast Airtec end tanks, air is channelled more efficiently and charge temperatures remain considerably lower under load. Despite its larger size, the intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper and requires only minor modification to the lower section of the grille.
The kit is supplied complete with silicone hoses, aluminium boost pipe connectors, stainless steel hose clamps and clear fitting instructions. Installation takes 2 to 3 hours on average.
Available in Pro-Series Satin Black, with or without the Airtec logo.
