This Stage 2 Intercooler sits precisely between the Stage 1 and the extreme Stage 3 set-up. Thanks to its significantly larger core, this upgrade offers a substantial improvement in cooling capacity and airflow, without requiring a direct switch to a fully track-oriented set-up.
To maximise performance within the limited space behind the bumper, Airtec has opted for a much taller core design. This results in a massive increase in both capacity and frontal area compared to the original Intercooler.
In combination with the high-flow cast one-piece end tanks, airflow is channelled more efficiently and Intake temperatures remain lower under heavy load. This ensures more stable performance and reduces the risk of power loss due to heat.
