Airtec Motorsport auxiliary turbo radiator for the Hyundai i20N, developed for modified i20N drivers who require additional cooling to maintain stable operating temperatures during track use or sporty on-road driving.
Developed in-house at Airtec HQ in the United Kingdom, this auxiliary turbo radiator is based on extensive experience in designing high-quality heat exchangers, intercoolers and radiators for performance and tuned vehicles. The aim is to ensure safe and consistent operating temperatures during intensive use.
This turbo radiator is integrated into the existing cooling system immediately after the turbocharger. This allows the extreme heat build-up in this area to be dissipated before the coolant flows back into the system. Working in conjunction with the original radiator, this increases the total cooling capacity and helps to maintain a stable coolant temperature.
The radiator fits neatly into the space near the gearbox and is fitted with an air-guidance scoop that directs airflow from beneath the car through the core. A pre-cut mesh shield protects the core from stone chips and road debris.
This upgrade is compatible with all Airtec Intercooler and Oil Cooler combinations, forming a complete cooling solution. The comprehensive kit includes laser-cut and black powder-coated brackets, Pro Hoses silicone hoses with a heat-resistant protective sheath, all necessary fixing materials and clear fitting instructions.
