The CTS Intake resonator Delete Pipe replaces the original Intake resonator on the MINI F54 Clubman Cooper S and JCW, F55 Cooper S, F56 Cooper S and JCW, F57 Cooper S and JCW, and F60 Countryman Cooper S and JCW, as well as the BMW F44 228i Gran Coupé, F39 X2 28i and F48 X1 28i with a smooth, high-flow aluminium pipe.
The original resonator is designed to dampen the Intake noise, but causes unnecessary turbulence in the Intake tract. The replacement tube has a larger diameter, is smooth-finished, precision TIG-welded and finished with a black powder coating. It is fitted directly to the original mounting points, making the Intake and turbo sounds more audible.
