The CTS Blow-Off Valve Kit is an atmospheric Blow-Off Valve for the Audi A4 B9, Allroad, A5, A5 Sportback, A6, Q5 and Q7 fitted with a 2.0T engine. The valve is machined from T6061 billet aluminium and is fully serviceable.
The kit replaces the plastic factory part, which is notorious for torn diaphragms, cracked plastic and electrical faults. The valve works with the original electronics, does not trigger the engine fault light and requires no modifications to the wiring. The piston design ensures a long service life, simple installation, full serviceability, acoustic performance and good value for money. Thanks to its compact profile, the valve is slightly shorter than the original part and fits even in tight engine compartments.
Please note: suitable only for engine code CYMC with an IHI turbocharger. Not compatible with engine codes DMSA and DPAA from 2020 onwards fitted with a Borg Warner turbocharger 06N145702D.
