The 180 mm CTS Dual pulley upgrade kit has been developed for supercharged 3.0T V6 engines and is a bolt-on design. The kit is compatible with, amongst others, the Audi S4 B8 and B8.5, S5 B8 and B8.5, SQ5 B8, Q5 B8, A6 C6, A6 C7 and A7 C7.
The supercharger pulley, with its smaller diameter, and the crankshaft pulley, with its larger diameter, increase the speed at which the supercharger rotates, thereby increasing boost pressure. The higher boost pressure, combined with improved ECU software, delivers a significant increase in power and torque across the entire rev range. This does not drastically increase the load on, or cause excessive wear to, the supercharger and engine components.
This kit features a bolt-on supercharger pulley. Please check this on your vehicle before ordering. The kit must be used with suitable Stage 2+ software or equivalent performance software. Please contact your tuner for this.
