The CTS 7.5" Race Intercooler kit for the BMW E82 135i and the BMW E90, E92 and E93 335i models fitted with the N54 and N55 3.0L engines, is designed to meet the cooling requirements of vehicles producing over 800 hp.
The system ensures superior heat management thanks to the high-density bar-and-plate core and the high-flow cast aluminium end chambers, offering a significant improvement over the factory part. The end chambers feature a flared design that prevents the Charge Pipes from coming loose. The kit includes 4-layer silicone couplings and stainless steel T-bolt clamps.
The kit fits all E82, E90, E92 and E93 models, both LHD and RHD, and both RWD and xDrive. On some models, a small amount of trimming is required on the plastic Intercooler shroud; the bumper does not need to be trimmed, so its structure and appearance are preserved.
