The CTS Turbo-back exhaust system for the Audi S3 8V is hand-TIG-welded from the finest T304 stainless steel and is designed for both road use and heavy-duty big-turbo applications. Other 8V S3 exhausts currently available can restrict peak power and limit airflow due to their 2.5-inch and 2.75-inch construction. The 3-inch design of the CTS Turbo-back is ideal for anyone seriously chasing power.
The CTS Downpipe is 100 per cent TIG-welded, constructed from 3-inch T304 seamless stainless steel, and comes with mounting hardware and stainless steel clamps. Inferior products are either not made from stainless steel or feature welded stainless steel, which can crack and corrode over time. The CTS 8V S3 Downpipe replaces the factory Downpipe, improving turbo Spool-up and increasing peak power. The larger 3-inch pipe diameter ensures that exhaust gases leave the turbo and the Wastegate with less turbulence, resulting in more power and torque across the entire rev range.
