The Elevix ELE-PB4T detailing lift / scissor lift is a professional low-rise car lift with a lifting capacity of 4 tonnes. Thanks to the completely unobstructed centre passage, you can easily work all around the vehicle without being hindered by a centre bar or crossbeam. Ideal for detailing, cleaning, wheel cleaning, coating work and maintenance.
Whilst most comparable detailing lifts have a lifting capacity of around 3 tonnes, the Elevix ELE-PB4T boasts a lifting capacity of 4 tonnes. This makes the lift suitable for heavier vehicles such as SUVs and electric cars.
Furthermore, many car wash lifts use a compressed air connection for the safety lock, which requires a compressor. The Elevix ELE-PB4T uses an electric solenoid actuator for the lock, meaning no compressor or air connection is required.
This 230V scissor lift stands out due to its lifting height of approximately 1.2 metres. Each lifting section features two hydraulic cylinders connected between the two platforms via a cross-linked master-slave system. The master cylinder in each platform volumetrically controls the slave cylinder in the other platform, ensuring that both platforms always operate in sync and that the vehicle remains level during lifting and lowering. The removable ramps can be fitted and removed without tools using插销.
The ELE-PB4T is suitable for virtually all passenger cars, SUVs and electric vehicles. Before purchasing, please check that both sets of wheels fall within the flat platform section measuring 1,590 mm. Only vehicles with both an exceptionally long wheelbase and very small wheel diameters may fall outside this range; this applies to a small minority of vehicles. Shipping
This bridge is dispatched as a pallet consignment within mainland Europe. Both platforms are delivered together on a single pallet and can be removed from the pallet separately upon delivery. Delivery is made by a lorry with a tail lift; a pallet truck at the recipient’s premises is sufficient to move the platforms. We do not deliver to islands due to the high transport costs involved in using ferries. This includes, amongst others:

Does this wash bay have a clear passage in the middle?
Yes, this wash bay has no central bar or obstacles between the platforms, allowing you to work freely all around the vehicle.
Will my car fit on this lift?
The ELE-PB4T fits under virtually all passenger cars, SUVs and electric vehicles. Measure the distance between the contact patches of your front and rear tyres. If both sets of wheels fall within the flat platform section of 1,590 mm, the lift is suitable. Not sure? Please contact us in advance.
Do both platforms always run in sync?
The two scissor sections are hydraulically linked crosswise via a master-slave system. The master cylinder in each platform controls the slave cylinder in the other platform, ensuring that both platforms always operate in sync. In practice, there is a margin of approximately 400 kg difference in weight between the left and right sides; within this margin, the platforms remain at the same height. When lifting a vehicle, the weight is usually more than sufficiently balanced across both sides. A simple check with a spirit level provides immediate confirmation.
Why does this lift have two hydraulic cylinders per lifting section?
This ensures better stability, even force distribution and extra reliability. Together with the cross-platform master-slave system, the four cylinders ensure that both platforms always move in synchronisation and remain level.
How does the safety lock work?
The lift has a dual safety system. The electric solenoid actuator locks the lift in place during use. In addition, mechanical locking teeth automatically engage at every lifting height. In the event of a loss of pressure or a power cut, the mechanical lock supports the load. During work, the lift always rests on the mechanical lock, not on the hydraulics.

What hydraulic oil should I use?
Use 18 litres of ISO 32 hydraulic oil in winter or ISO 46 in summer. The oil is not supplied and must be topped up before use.
What are the floor requirements for installation?
The lift is anchored using M16x120 wedge bolts. To do this, drill holes with a diameter of 16–18 mm to a depth of 130 mm. The concrete floor must be at least 180 mm thick and of C25/C30 grade. Everything you need is included in the set.
How is the bridge delivered?
The bridge is delivered as a pallet consignment by lorry with a tail lift. The two platforms are delivered together on a single pallet and can easily be moved separately after delivery using a pallet truck.
