The original BMW plastic Charge Pipe is notorious for frequently cracking, leading to a loss of turbo pressure – particularly in tuned cars or vehicles with higher mileage. The Endura Motorsport High Flow Charge Pipe permanently resolves this issue thanks to its robust aluminium construction. In addition, the improved flow ensures sharper throttle response and reduced turbo lag.
Fitting is straightforward thanks to the OEM mounting points. This Charge Pipe also features a water-methanol connection, which can be used optionally or simply sealed off using the supplied blind bolt.

Why do I need to upgrade the Charge Pipe?
The original plastic version can crack under higher turbo pressure. This aluminium version prevents pressure loss and increases reliability.
Is water-methanol injection compulsory?
No, the connection is optional. If you’re not using it, you can simply seal it off using the blanking plug supplied.
Do I need to have my car retuned after fitting?
No, tuning is not compulsory. The Charge Pipe can be fitted straight away, but it really comes into its own with tuned engines.
