We can say without a doubt that this is the best Downpipe on the market for these cars: the Volkswagen Golf 7R and Golf 7.5R, the Audi S3 8V and S3 8.5V, Audi A3 8V 1.8 TFSI quattro, SEAT Leon 5F Cupra 4Drive, Škoda Superb B8 2.0T, Škoda Octavia 5E 4x4 and Volkswagen Passat B8 2.0T. This is an extreme Downpipe, lovingly handcrafted in Europe and built for maximum performance, massive flow and absolute durability.
Give your 2.0 TSI EA888.3 engine the right upgrade with the Endura Motorsport V2 Downpipe. This V2 version has been developed as the best choice for performance and longevity: fully handcrafted in Europe, featuring a massive 3.5-inch cast elbow, made from high-grade 304 stainless steel with a 1.5 mm wall thickness, and designed as a one-piece system.
This one-piece design ensures a 0% chance of exhaust leaks and a 100% fit guarantee. For high-performance EA888.3 MQB 4Motion vehicles, this is essential, as poor-quality or multi-piece exhaust connections can directly cause additional back pressure, higher EGTs or unwanted resonance.
Immediately after the turbo is an extra-large 3.5-inch (89 mm) cast elbow. This solid cast bend is considerably stronger than a welded bend and ensures an extremely smooth flow of exhaust gases. After the cast elbow, the Downpipe remains a full 3.5 inches in diameter right up to the flexible section. From the flexible section, the pipe transitions to 3-inch (76 mm) and tapers at the end to the original exhaust diameter, ensuring the Downpipe fits the original exhaust or centre silencer on a fully plug-and-play basis. This design delivers faster turbo Spool-up, more torque and lower back pressure – exactly what you want on a tuned 7R, S3 or 4Drive.
The V2 Downpipe is manufactured entirely from T304 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm and features hand-welded TIG joints. The cast stainless steel elbow ensures maximum strength and optimum gas flow. Thanks to the integrated OPF bungs and the included plugs, this Downpipe is suitable for both OPF and non-OPF vehicles.
Please note: suitable exclusively for four-wheel drive (4Motion / Quattro) EA888.3 vehicles.
The Downpipe has a total of 3 sensor connections:
• 1x connection for the lambda sensor•
2x temperature sensors (EGT)
Important: on OPF vehicles, the original Downpipe has two additional connections for OPF pressure sensors. These are not present on the Endura Motorsport V2 Downpipe, as these pressure measurements are no longer used with performance upgrades.
What to do:
Remove the metal pipes from the pressure sensors. You will then be left with only the rubber hoses.
Sealing:
• Insert a sealing plug or M8 bolt into each hose•
Secure with a hose clamp to ensure it is completely airtight
Tidy them away:
• Secure the hoses behind a heat
shield using cable ties• Ensure they cannot come into contact with the exhaust or moving parts

Frequently asked questions
Does this Downpipe work on both OPF and non-OPF models?
Yes. Thanks to the welded OPF bungs and the included blanking plugs, it is suitable for both systems.
Do I need a tune?
A tune is always required for OPF models. For non-OPF vehicles fitted with a 200-cell sports catalytic converter, it may sometimes work without a tune, but this is not guaranteed. A tune is always mandatory when decatising.
Is fitting difficult?
No. The Downpipe is plug-and-play and fits without any welding. However, a bridge or pit is recommended. The Downpipe connects directly to the original exhaust or centre silencer via the OEM connection.
What is the difference between a decat and a sports catalytic converter?
A decat offers maximum flow and the loudest sound. The 200-cell sports catalytic converter is slightly quieter and more emissions-friendly, but still offers high flow.
