The Endura Motorsport Downpipe is the largest Downpipe available for these platforms. With a unique taper from 4 inches (102 mm) to 3.5 inches (89 mm) and then to 2 x 3 inches (76 mm), this system delivers unprecedented exhaust gas flow and is suitable for builds producing 1000+ hp. Despite this extreme design, the Downpipe connects directly to the original exhaust, without the need for any modifications.
The entire structure is made from 100% T304 stainless steel and is hand-welded using the TIG process for maximum strength, heat resistance and a perfect finish. Thanks to the included blind plugs, this Downpipe is suitable for both DAZA (non-OPF) and DNWA and DNWC (OPF) engines.

The Downpipe has a total of 6 sensor connections:
• 2x connections for the lambda sensor•
4x temperature sensor bungs (as with all OPF models)
Important: on vehicles with an OPF, the original Downpipe also has 4 additional connections for OPF pressure sensors. These connections are not present on the Endura Motorsport V2 Downpipe, as this pressure measurement is no longer used with performance upgrades.
What to do:
Remove the metal pipes from the pressure sensors. You will then be left with only the rubber hoses.
Sealing:
• Insert a sealing plug or an M8 bolt into each hose•
Secure with a hose clamp to ensure it is completely airtight
Tidy away:
• Secure the hoses behind a heat
shield using cable ties• Ensure they cannot come into contact with the exhaust or moving parts
Choose from the following options
• Without catalytic converter (decat): maximum flow and the most aggressive sound, designed for maximum performance•
With 200-cell sports catalytic converter: fitted with two 200-cell racing catalytic converters for high flow and lower emissions (Delivery time: 5–10 working days)
By using two 200-cell catalytic converters, the exhaust gas flow is distributed more evenly, resulting in higher flow capacity and stable performance at high power outputs. This configuration is suitable for high-performance setups where performance and slightly lower emissions are desired.
