This complete K04 turbo upgrade kit enables VAG 2.0 TFSI engines fitted with a K03 turbo to be converted to the more powerful BorgWarner K04-064 turbo. The kit is designed for transversely mounted TFSI engines and can be fitted on a plug-and-play basis.
With the right upgrades, such as a 76mm exhaust system, a larger Intercooler, an upgraded high-pressure fuel pump, injectors and modified software, power outputs of up to approximately 320PK or even 420PK can be achieved without any internal engine modifications.
