The TTE1200 upgrade turbos have been developed for extreme power targets on the Audi 2.7T V6 platform and are aimed at B5 owners who are not willing to compromise. This kit has been designed and proven at the very highest level, including on the famous RS4 Saloon which has set several B5 records, and is also used in bespoke RS6 C5 4.2 builds.
The kit utilises TTE billet compressor housings with 70 mm anti-surge inlets and Viton O-ring seals. At its heart are TTE next-gen billet compressor impellers with a 59 mm inlet, combined with TTE 9-blade high-flow, low-mass turbines featuring a 64 mm outlet. This delivers enormous flow with controlled back pressure. TiAL turbine housings and a reinforced Motorsport bearing system ensure reliability under extreme loads.
Each turbo is multi-balanced, including high-speed core balancing, and supplied with a numbered balance test report. The system is not plug-and-play and requires a bespoke installation. The price is for a PAIR of turbochargers.
Important: For anyone considering this upgrade, it is strongly recommended that you install the oil pump upgrade for the RS4 / S4 B5.
