The TTE1300 is the ultimate Stage 3 Twin-Scroll hybrid turbo upgrade from TheTurboEngineers for the McLaren 720S fitted with the 4.0-litre V8 M840T engine. Designed for extreme performance with over 1200 pk, this kit combines unrivalled power with OEM precision and reliable Plug & Play installation.
The TTE1300 starts as a set of original McLaren turbochargers that are completely overhauled by TheTurboEngineers. The standard compressor wheel is replaced by a much larger, billet-machined 7+7 compressor wheel, and the compressor housing is CNC-machined for an optimal fit and maximum airflow. On the turbine side, the largest 9-blade TTE low-mass, high-flow turbines that fit within the turbine housings are fitted, designed to exhaust gases more efficiently, reduce back pressure and control temperature — even at extreme boost pressures.
The TTE upgrade bearing system ensures maximum durability and consistency under heavy loads. The combination of these components offers the perfect balance between raw power and rapid Spool-up, delivering power well in excess of 1,200 pk, whilst maintaining near-OEM throttle response. Each turbo is individually balanced using VSR high-speed balancing at up to 250,000 rpm and supplied with an official balance report.
