The TTE280L is a performance turbo upgrade for the VAG 1.8T longitudinal platform, developed by TheTurboEngineers. This hybrid upgrade is based on an original BorgWarner K03 and optimised for higher flow, lower back pressure and rapid response. With the right hardware and tuning, up to 300 pk can be achieved, whilst retaining OEM-like drivability. The turbo is a plug-and-play fit in combination with a larger Turbo Inlet and requires software recalibration.
