The TTE466 is the latest-generation turbo upgrade from TheTurboEngineers for the Hyundai i30N G4KH facelift. Developed to deliver over 450 pk, it offers the perfect balance between rapid response, high airflow and durability. The TTE466 offers the ideal solution for those seeking maximum performance whilst retaining Plug & Play installation in the original position.
At the heart of the TTE466 is a special 7+7 billet compressor wheel, CNC-machined from high-grade aluminium and featuring extended tip technology. This wheel moves significantly more air mass than the standard component without any delay in turbo pressure build-up. Combined with the tried-and-tested TTE 9-blade turbine, this results in faster Spool-up, lower exhaust gas temperatures and smoother power delivery.
The compressor housing is re-machined by TTE with CNC precision to ensure the larger impeller fits perfectly. In addition, bearings and mating surfaces have been optimised and fitted with a reinforced 360° Motorsport bearing assembly for maximum reliability under high loads. Each core is dynamically balanced at multiple levels, with every unit supplied with an individual balance report.
