The TTE480+ upgrade turbocharger is based on an original BorgWarner K04-064 and has been completely redeveloped by TheTurboEngineers into the ultimate K04 hybrid for the 2.0 TSI EA888.1 engines. Featuring a billet-machined compressor wheel, a 9-blade high-flow turbine and a reinforced bearing system, this turbo delivers early response, increased airflow and a peak power output of up to 480 hp (450+ on 99RON).

The exhaust silencer has been removed to improve flow (50 mm outlet) and the CNC-machined exhaust ports ensure an optimal fit. Plug-and-play installation is possible using a 90° silicone hose.
