The TTE540 is an advanced turbo upgrade from TheTurboEngineers, developed for the Mercedes-AMG C43 and E43 fitted with the 3.0 V6 M276 engine. This upgrade delivers up to 546 pk whilst retaining OEM ride comfort and throttle response. Perfect for those who want more power and efficiency without compromising on reliability or Plug & Play installation.
The original turbos are completely overhauled and fitted with a larger, CNC-machined billet impeller featuring 7+7 blades and next-gen geometry. This significantly increases airflow, resulting in faster Spool-up and more power across the entire rev range. The compressor housing is CNC-machined for an optimal fit and maximum efficiency.
On the exhaust side, the standard turbine is replaced by a larger, TTE-designed high-flow turbine that ensures lower exhaust gas pressure, higher flow rates and more stable performance at higher boost pressures. Combined with the reinforced Motorsport bearing system, the TTE540 guarantees long-term durability under extreme loads.
Each turbocharger is individually balanced and tested up to 250,000 rpm, and is supplied with an official balance test report.
