The TTE740+ is the ultimate hybrid turbo upgrade from TheTurboEngineers for the BMW M2 CS, M3 and M4 fitted with the S55 B30 engine. This Stage upgrade is designed to deliver over 760 pk with exceptional responsiveness and a seamless Plug & Play installation. Based on the original Mitsubishi twin-turbo system, but completely re-engineered for maximum flow and efficiency.
The TTE740+ retains the original turbos and actuators, but everything inside has been redesigned. At its heart is a 7+7 billet-machined compressor wheel (50.5 mm inlet) combined with a 9-blade high-flow turbine. This combination ensures massive airflow, lower exhaust gas temperatures and faster Spool-up. In addition, the bearings have been reinforced to withstand both axial and radial loads, ensuring long-term reliability at high boost pressures.
When purchasing new turbos, two larger inlets are included — one CNC-machined aluminium inlet pipe and one modified OEM plastic inlet. This provides an immediate improvement in air flow and performance. Each turbocharger is individually balanced using high-speed VSR technology up to 250,000 rpm and supplied with an official balance report.
