The TTE777 is the ultimate high-performance turbo upgrade from TheTurboEngineers, specially developed to transform the latest generation RS3 8V.2 / TTRS 8S DAZA & DNWA turbo into a class-leading hybrid for the older CEPA, CEPB and CZGB engines. This is the most powerful conversion available for these platforms, with a proven power output of up to 800 pk, exceptional Spool-up and uncompromising durability.
The TTE777 starts with an original BorgWarner turbocharger that is completely overhauled. The standard compressor wheel is replaced with a larger billet-machined 7+7 wheel featuring advanced geometry, designed for maximum efficiency and airflow, delivering significantly more power than the TTE700 wheel. On the turbine side, a 9-blade low-mass, high-flow turbine is fitted to reduce back pressure and lower exhaust gas temperatures.
TTE has CNC-machined the exhaust manifold to fit perfectly against the OEM gasket at the cylinder head, and each port has been carefully profiled for optimum gas flow to the larger turbine. These refinements ensure that the TTE777 maintains exceptional boost response, despite its extreme power output.
Each turbo is fitted with the TTE Motorsport bearing system, designed for long-term performance under heavy loads. The latest generation of units are supplied with Audi OEM thermal insulation on the manifold and turbine housing. Each turbo is balanced using VSR high-speed balancing up to 250,000 rpm and supplied with an official balance report.
