The TTE850M+ upgrade turbochargers from TheTurboEngineers have been developed for the BMW M5 and M6 fitted with the S63 and S63TU engines. This kit delivers a perfect balance between high power output and rapid response, with proven durability under extreme conditions.
The original Garrett housings are retained but completely re-engineered internally. The turbos are fitted with a larger billet 6+6 compressor wheel featuring extended tip technology and a CNC-machined compressor housing for maximum efficiency. The turbine has been replaced by a TTE 9-blade high-flow turbine, which ensures greater gas flow, lower back pressure and lower exhaust gas temperatures.
The special TTE reinforced bearing system guarantees reliability at high boost pressures, whilst each unit is dynamically balanced up to 250,000 rpm.
