The TTE880 is a high-performance turbo upgrade from TheTurboEngineers, developed for the Audi 2.7T Bi-turbo V6 engine. Based on a combination of original BorgWarner RS6 and RS4 turbos, the TTE880 offers an exceptional balance between extreme power output and rapid response. With over 650 hp on 98 RON and up to 750+ hp on 102 RON, this kit ranks among the very best of hybrid RS4/RS6 upgrades.
The turbos start out as genuine RS6 K04 OE units, which TTE combines with RS4 K04 components. The compressor housings are CNC-machined and polished for optimum airflow, fitted with larger 50.5 mm billet compressor impellers and 58 mm CNC-machined billet inlets with Viton O-ring seals. The TTE 9-blade high-flow turbines ensure maximum gas flow, lower exhaust gas temperatures and faster Spool-up.
The internal components feature the reinforced TTE Motorsport bearing system and genuine BorgWarner synchronised actuators, optimised for long-term reliability at high boost pressures. Each set is individually balanced at high speed (VSR) up to 250,000 rpm and supplied with an official balance test report.
