The TTE960 is TheTurboEngineers’ ultimate turbo upgrade for the legendary Audi RS4 and S4 B5 models fitted with the 2.7T engine. Based on the TTE880 series, but further developed for those who want to get the very most out of this engine. With a proven power output of over 900 pk on 102 RON fuel, the TTE960 ranks among the most powerful and advanced hybrid turbo solutions available.
The TTE960 combines original BorgWarner RS4 K04 components with specially developed TTE08 turbine housings. The compressor housings are CNC-machined for a perfect fit and fitted with larger 50.5 mm billet 7-blade compressors. These advanced impellers, featuring anti-surge geometry, offer extremely high airflow and low inertia, resulting in rapid Spool-up, improved efficiency and lower boost temperatures.
The exhaust side features TTE’s own 9-blade high-flow, low-mass turbines, designed for maximum gas flow and minimal back pressure. A reinforced Motorsport bearing system ensures long-term stability, whilst the turbos are individually balanced at high speeds up to 250,000 rpm and supplied with an official balance report.
Whilst retaining the original mounting points (oil and water lines), the TTE960 offers a top-tier plug-and-play upgrade, fitting directly onto the RS4 K04 configuration.
