The Wagner Competition package has been developed for VAG models fitted with the 2.0 TSI Gen3 engine and front-wheel drive, including the VW Golf 7 GTI. The package combines a high-quality Intercooler kit (200001048) and a Downpipe kit (500001019) for unrivalled performance gains.
The Competition Intercooler measures 640 mm x 410 mm x 65 mm and offers an external charge air volume of 17 litres (compared to 9 litres OEM), thanks to the high-efficiency Competition Tube Fin array. The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø70 mm and the kit includes reinforced silicone hoses. the intercooler weighs just 8.9 kg, features cast aluminium end caps (CAD-designed, CFD-optimised) and an anti-corrosion coating. The supplied Downpipe kit is made from 1.4301 (SS304), has two lambda sensor connections and a racing metal catalytic converter (200 CPSI with EU6 coating), including an adapter for the standard exhaust system. The kit fits as a plug-and-play solution on, amongst others, the VW Golf 7+7.5 GTI and R, VW Arteon, T-Roc, Škoda Superb and (with additional modifications) various Audi, Seat and Škoda models.
