The Wagner Competition radiator kit has been specially developed for the BMW B48 (2.0L) and B58 (3.0L) turbo engines in the F-series, which are fitted with an indirect Intercooler system. This system uses a separate coolant circuit; by lowering the coolant temperature, charge air performance is immediately improved.
The radiator increases the cooling capacity of the standard system by no less than 117% (16.70 litres compared to the OEM’s 7.70 litres) and, at 68 mm deep, is significantly thicker than the standard radiator (27 mm). The high-quality Competition racing mesh guarantees maximum heat transfer and ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components. The radiator is fitted with a heat-conductive anti-corrosion coating for a long-lasting and reliable cooling effect. Thanks to the detailed installation guide, fitting is virtually plug-and-play.
