The TTE475 IS38 upgrade turbo is a further development of the popular TTE470, designed specifically for the VAG EA888.3 2.0 TSI / 1.8 TSI MQB engines. This hybrid turbo retains the original IHI turbine, but with trimmed blades for increased flow and lower EGTs. Combined with a billet 6+6-blade compressor wheel, the TTE475 delivers up to 475 hp with OEM-like Spool-up and rapid response.
Thanks to the reinforced TTE bearing assembly and CNC-machined silencer delete, reliability, efficiency and noise levels are improved. Plug-and-play installation makes the TTE475 a direct replacement for the original IS38 – ideal for those seeking maximum performance with an OEM fit.
